Living as a Christian in a politically divisive climate can be challenging and sometimes confusing. Therefore, it is crucial that we all be clear on what is true!
We know the Bible is clear that life begins at conception.
"For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well." Psalm 139:13-14
Furthermore, life is a right as enshrined in our Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and our remaining pro-life federal statutes.
Therefore, it is the duty all government levels: state, local, and federal, to protect all life including the innocent, pre-born life of a child.
All state governments are responsible to protect the lives and civil rights of their own citizens. However, the federal government is ultimately responsible for safeguarding the right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” for all citizens of our country.
As a pro-life organization, our allegiance is to the Giver of Life and to the principle that all people are created in His image and deserve protection beginning in the womb. Our loyalty is to God and not to politicians or parties.
As believers we should vote for and support Congressmen and women, Senators, and a President who will stand up and fight for life in Washington, D.C. As Americans, we are each responsible before God to steward our votes in a way that aligns with our faith and Biblical values.
